SECTION 1 – Collection of Information
WebScho may collect personally identifiable information when you submit it to us, including by placing an order; registering as a customer; emailing us; participating in promotions, surveys, e-mail newsletters or other features of the Services; and communicating or coordinating with a customer service representative.
WebScho does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website. At the time of purchase of Services, WebScho asks you to provide your name, e-mail address, phone number, grade level, graduation year, guardian e-mail address, guardian mailing address, username and password. In addition, by registering as a general subscriber, you have automatically opted-in to receive further information regarding our partners.
If you purchase WebScho’s products and services, WebScho collects billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. WebScho may require you to provide your name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth, gender, educational background, school name, grade level, graduation year, grades, extracurricular activities, parent e-mail address, parent mailing address, username, password and credit card information. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
The Services permit you to contact us via a Contact Us Form. We request you provide us your name, e-mail address and phone number, and any information you choose to include in the text of your message.
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by WebScho. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the WebScho website.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personal identifiable information or personally sensitive data through WebScho’s message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.

You will created an online personal account when you purchase WebScho Services. It is your responsibility to ensure that personal account information is accurate, complete, and current. You should not share your password with anyone. In addition, if you suspect unauthorized access to your information, it is your responsibility to contact WebScho.com immediately. Please be aware that Internet data transmission is not always secure, and we cannot warrant or guarantee that information you transmit utilizing the Services is secure.

The Services may be accessed by an international audience. By visiting the Services and providing us with data, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be processed for the purposes identified in this policy. In addition, such data may be stored on servers located outside your resident jurisdiction and in jurisdictions which may have less stringent privacy practices than your own.
